Orange Sunset is our first ever decaf — and we waited years for one good enough to carry the SL.OW name. A Natural-processed Castillo from celebrated Colombian producer Jairo Arcila, gently decaffeinated so it keeps all of its fruit and none of the buzz. Expect juicy orange and ripe guava with a soft chai-spice warmth — clean, sweet and full-bodied. We've always held that a decaf should be every bit as considered as the rest of the menu. This one drinks beautifully across every brew method and every hour of the day — a proper after-dinner filter, a rounded late espresso, a second pot with no second thoughts. Grown in the hills of Quindío and brought to us by Cofinet. Roasted light-to-medium for filter and espresso.
